Objectives
In light of the labor market crisis caused by the suspension of international cooperation funds and the resulting difficulties in staying in or re-entering the job market, it is essential to reskill one’s professional profile to remain competitive and employable.
A project designer who does not possess professional skills in AI-driven project design today is considered obsolete and ineligible for any NGO.
For this reason, as we have been doing for over two years, Social Change School is organizing a large-scale, global skills reconversion program.

Objectives
AI is profoundly changing the execution of many linguistic and graphic tasks in the most diverse sectors, drastically reducing time and modifying processes.

Faced with this scenario, the third sector cannot remain behind. Far from adopting a ‘one fits all’ approach, it is therefore necessary to analyze the specificities of each process and develop a proper human-AI hybridisation strategy.

With this approach in mind, Crescenzi&Partners, in collaboration with Social Change School, has developed SAI (Social Artificial Intelligence),Programme, a massive –  long-term programme  aimed to create a widespread grassroots culture in the Third Sector on the subject of Artificial Intelligence, addressing all the involved stakeholders.

This is a highly technical workshop, specifically designed for professionals already working in the nonprofit and international cooperation sector. The workshop will cover every phase of Project Cycle Management, showcasing the different methods and tools through which AI can actively support the process.

Seeing the Project Managers as the key actors of change, SAI starts offering them a dedicated unique training opportunity. This Weblab AI for PM is an Advanced Executive Training for Third Sector professionals, specifically designed for introducing generative AI in planning for Cooperation and Europlanning, following the PCM (Project Cycle Management).

The objectives of the programme
and the workshop are:
  1. Learning the basics of Artificial Intelligence (what it means, what its enablers are, what is meant by ‘AI ethics’ and how the related legal framework is developing).
  2. Becoming familiar with the main AI-based tools available to the general public (for free or at a minimal price), understanding how to evaluate them in order to choose the right one for a specific purpose.
  3. Learning how to integrate the use of AI tools into several key phases of Project Cycle Management, in particular:
    1. Individuation phase (needs assessment with secondary data, context analysis).
    2. Formulation phase (Logical Framework, Concept Note).
    3. Monitoring phase (Donor reporting, survey processing as source of verification).
  4. Learning the most useful AI query and instruction techniques (prompt engineering).
