Emergency - Regulation and Legal Framework - Hope
Ana is an International Public Law postgraduate with a complement in development, humanitarian and gender studies. Through the positions she has occupied, she has specialized in gender issues, organizational development, training of trainers and training for aid workers and project cycle management (analysing, planning and evaluation), and building and managing task forces.
Since 2000 she has been involved in many “quality and accountability” initiatives as master trainer, instructional designer, adviser, etc. Some of them are the Sphere Project and LEGS, having also been in Haiti as Sphere advisor in 2010.
She has been working for different UN agencies and is familiar to IASC, OCHA and other humanitarian mechanisms such the cluster approach.
Her main skills include: highly developed problem solving; team work; interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse audiences.
She is able to work in Spanish, French and English.
Her clients include NGOs, Governments, Universities, UN agencies and the Red Cross/Red Crescent movement.
