HR Manager and Executive Coaching Consultant  for the Third Sector

Crescenzi&Partners – Third Sector Management and Innovation is the Leading Consulting Company for the Third sector in Italy, offering HR Office Digital Support HR Services in general, high quality executive coaching services, organizational wellbeing, change management projects, to the most important organizations in Italy and (as expected in 2025) Spain. 

 Marco Crescenzi is also  the coordinator of the Italian Network of the General Director of Italian NGOS. 

We already collaborate with WWF, Emergency, Amnesty, Soleterre, COSPE, Un Ponte Per, Legacoop, Save the Children, Legambiente, OXFAM, Unicef), MSF, LAV, ENGIM, Terre des Hommes, Azione contro la Fame, AMREF), FAIRTRADE),  Fondazione Comunità di Messina, CESVI. 

We have to expand the network of coach and consultant to support the NGOS request of support. 

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are looking for a part time HR Officer-Manager  with at least 3 years of experience in the Third sector or in the profit sector, certificated as a Coach, preferably with  ICF accreditation, to support the consultancy activity of Social Change School and Crescenzi&Partners. 
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our international network of NGOs and institutions, providing  HR support for the recruitment process, individual and group coaching sessions with a focus on leadership, career development, and change management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. HRM: HR Services with a focus on digital HR in the recruiting process 
    Participating in Social Change School projects and initiatives, fostering networking and sharing best practices in nonprofit HRM
  2. EXECUTIVE COACHING: Delivering individual and group coaching sessions
    – Supporting the professional growth of participants, helping them enhance leadership and managerial skills.
    – Collaborating with NGO partners and Social Change School’s international network to offer impactful coaching programs.
    – Contributing to the development of training materials and coaching tools for the international cooperation sector.
    – Participating in Social Change School projects and initiatives
    – Fostering networking and sharing best practices in nonprofit coaching.
PROFILE

Requirements 

  1. HRM- At lest 3 years of experience ad HR in the third sector or profit sector
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a professional Coach, preferably in the nonprofit or international cooperation sector.
  3. ICF Certification (preferred) or equivalent.
  4. Fluency in Italian (C1), English (C1) and preferably Spanish B2 
  5. Advanced coaching skills in leadership, change management,  career development, organizational wellbeing,. 
  6. Propension to work in international teams and manage relationships with NGOs and institutions.
  7. Strong digital skills for coaching (Zoom, LMS platforms, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

  1. HRM: Experience as HR Officer- talent acquisition in the third sector of companies
  2. Digital HR experience, use of AI in the recruitment process
  3. Coaching
    – Experience in coaching nonprofit professionals.
    – Familiarity with digital ad AI tools for coaching.

For both: Italian Mother Tongue, possibly Spanish C1, English B2.
Networking and service promotion attitudes.
Conscientiousness  and  result driven mindset.
