Increasing the quantity and above all the quality of our new students, 49 for December Edition which is starting now, and 43 for the June Edition, a total of 92 students joined us in 2016. The Social Change School confirms its role as the first professional recruitment basin for the Italian NGOs. A double function of service towards the NGOs and their HRM, and the students. Our success is their success, and vice versa. The strengthening and the internationalisation of the Career Service, working on Innovation and quality of the Project Work also through specialised external advisers, the increase of the ‘on the field’ Challenges, some amongst the most significant methodological reinforcements.
