Maria J Butera
Maria started working in knowledge management in 2000 in assurance and consulting firms, where she developed strong client orientation skills. For several years she worked and learnt about intranets, information architecture and management.
In 2007 Maria started managing web projects at UNICEF and kept on learning about new digital “stuff”: email marketing, web analytics, usability, SEM, SEO, social media, fundraising… She discovered her passion for digital was driven by its power to enable data driven decision making and by its power to change organizations and society. In 2014 she set up the digital strategy and digital team at Save the Children Spain.
After 10 years doing digital fundraising and digital strategy in non-profits and learning about digital experiences design, a new change to digital consultancy, to keep on learning =)
