ASVI Social Change is a “formative ecosystem” that relies on the valuable contribution of Teachers, Advisers and professionals of the sector, that have been collaborating for years, in order to reach an objective as significant as those that emerged from the Employment Follow Up Analysis, May 2014 edition.
Below are some comments from the Directors and Advisers, on the data related to the success of our students’ employment thanks to the Master.
Stefano Oltolini, Foundation Partnership Manager for COOPI- International Cooperation and Director of the PMC Master in Project Management:
“The attention to the measurement over the time of such an important and impactful indicator like the employment follow up from 1 to 3 years, gives important information that aids to orientate and improve the training offer. A sincere “job well done to everyone” to the operative ASVI Social Change team: Dora Lisa, Cinzia, Elena, Federico, with Rocio and Marco coordinating.”
Giampiero Giacomel, Fundraising and development executive for the University Of The Highlands and Islands and Director of FRAME –Master in FundRaising Management in the NGOs:
“I believe that this two main reasons can explain the result. The first one is unquaestionably, ASVI Social Change’s solid network and reputation which it has been built over the years. The second thing to note, I believe is due to a general retreat of the welfare state and public services which pushes the society beyond the boundaries of mere solidarity, till it promotes a real alternative private welfare. In that case, professionals are necessary and the training will always have a major role in the third sector.”
Lodovico Mariani, Operational support and Training Coordinator for Intersos Italia and Director of HOPE – Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies:
“I believe that one of the most important value added carried out by Asvi Social Change, is that beyond the professionalism of all the involved people, there’s also a touch of humanity that makes the difference. I would also like to add that, in relation to HOPE, the Master of which I am presently the Director after been the Coordinator, the wonderful results achieved is owed to the commitment and professionalism of Dora Lisa, who really made a difference, especially in the building of the students’ paths.”
Sandro Calvani, Director Emeritus at the ASEAN Centre of Excellence on United Nations Millennium Development Goals (ARCMDG) and Strategic Advisor of HOPE -Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies:
“I hope that the achieved results would help the school to realize a major reinforcement of its ranking in the own reference sector.”
Farida Bena, CPDE Coordinator, platform that gathers more than 4000 international NGOs, that deal with monitoring the development efficiency, yet Oxfam International in Italy and Adviser of ASVI Social Change:
“Spectacular results due to the great work of a fantastic team!”
Paola Cocchi, HRM for Amref Health Africa and ASVI Social Change’s Adviser :
“Congratulations to the whole team and for the fantastic achievement. Surely, training the right people, represents an value added for the organisations!”
Daniela Fatarella, Deputy CEO at Save the Children Italia and ASVI Social Change’s Strategic Adviser:
“Congratulations, it is not easy to reach such standards, but ASVI Social Change has demonstrated prowess by training the right people”
On behalf of the entire team, we want to share our satisfaction for our extraordinary result, that gives meaning to the commitment of the processes optimization, the partnerships and the realization of our students… a result to be “reproduced” and attained edition after edition, always advancing.
